January 2027 · City and venue announced soon

Build the practice everyone copies.

Two days of learning and building.

A working session, not a conference. You will use AI to build the marketing engine that scales your practice: your page, your ads, your follow-up, your packages. Built on your laptop, in the room, by you. Everyone else keeps paying agencies to guess.

Who's it for

If your doors are not open yet...
close this page.

Three gates. Miss any one of them and this isn't your room, and we'll tell you so.

Gate one · Established

Are your doors open and seeing patients?

A real practice with real patients. Not a business plan, not a launch date. Size matters less than whether you are already operating.

Gate two · Who comes

Are you the one who runs the growth?

Usually the owner plus one. Most practices here have no marketing team at all, and that is exactly the point.

Gate three · Your own people

Are you bringing your staff, or coming yourself?

Either works. Cash-pay regenerative: stem cell, PRP, peptides, exosomes, hair, aesthetics, longevity. Seats go to you and anyone on your payroll, and that is exactly who fills the room.

Send whoever runs the growth. That is not always the person who owns the building.

You're the marketer, the HR department, the compliance officer, and the one who picks up when the front desk is drowning. Your ad account got killed again over a sentence somebody else wrote. The clinic across town isn't better than you, they're fifty bucks cheaper and they answered first.

What you will build

You do not leave with notes.
You leave with everything built.

A 90-day blueprint written with you. New packages and pricing your market buys. A page, ads and follow-up already running. Here is everything that is finished before Saturday is over, so Sunday morning you fly home with it already running.

01Your landing page, liveBuilt Friday afternoon on your laptop. Not a mockup, not a template you take home.
02Your ads running on ChatGPTLive before you leave the room Saturday, on the platform your patients now ask first.
03Your follow-up answering in minutesThe engine that replies before the clinic across town picks up the phone.
04Your packages and pricing rebuiltWhat to offer, what to charge, and how the front desk presents it without it feeling like a sale.
05Your page cleared to publishOur team reads every line against the rules before it goes up, so nothing you wrote can end you.
06Your AI suite, configuredSet up for your practice before you arrive, and yours to keep with no license and no retainer.

Everything above is built for your clinic, by you, with the operators who already did it standing over your shoulder. This only works if you show up and put in the work. Nobody builds it for you.

You are wondering what it costs.

Three thousand dollars. That is the whole number, and it is the founding rate, held only for the people who get on the list before we announce the city. No VIP tier, no better badge, no upsell waiting inside. Same room, same sessions, same meals for all one hundred.

Where it is

The city is not on this page on purpose.

January 2027 is locked. Two days, Friday and Saturday. The city and the venue are in contract right now, and we are not putting them on a public page until the ink is dry. Here is exactly what that means for you.

Why we are quiet

Announcing early costs you money.

The moment an event is public, every hotel within a mile prices for it. We negotiate the room rate first, then announce. You save more by us shutting up for a few weeks than you would gain by knowing today.

What is already locked

Everything that decides whether it is worth it.

January 2027. Two full working days. One hundred seats, no more. Nine people teaching. The full agenda is on this page. The $3,000 founding rate. None of that moves with the address.

What protects you

Dates do not work? Every dollar back.

You are registering before the calendar dates exist, so you get fourteen days from the day we announce them to walk away for a full refund. No processing fee taken out. No onboarding value deducted. That is written into the Refund Policy, not a promise in an email.

The list hears the city, the venue, and the dates first. Before it goes public, and with the founding rate already held.

Who's teaching

People who have done it, not random marketers.

Run by Regen Portal, the marketing and AI firm built only for regenerative medicine. Not an event company renting a ballroom. More than 200 practices grown, and the same team is inside clinics like yours every week.

Oscar Tellez
Oscar Tellez
Founder, Regen Portal

A decade inside clinical operations, product distribution, and compliant marketing, with more than 200 practices grown. He is connected across every corner of this industry: the labs, the suppliers, the associations, and the people writing the rules. He teaches how to become the credible name in your market without crossing a line.

Isaac Dibb
Isaac Dibb
Co-Founder, Regen Portal

The AI mind behind Regen Portal. Shipped for more than 300 companies and early on every platform shift worth being early on, which is why clinics come to him after the agency version fails. He runs every live build: your page Friday, your ChatGPT campaign and full funnel audit Saturday.

Michael Murphy
Michael Murphy, MBA
Founder, Fractional Execution

Fifteen years running clinics day to day, not advising from outside them. He has rebuilt front desks and fixed lead management leaking six figures a year. He teaches the operating rhythm that grows a clinic without the owner pushing it, and the speed-to-lead standard that decides who books the patient.

Carla Mazzeo
Carla Mazzeo, PhD
Clinical and patient safety

Exosome researcher since 2004, more than 3,600 citations and 30 publications, Boston University Medical Center through post-graduate work at MIT. She created SAFE, the exosome standards company, so she wrote the bar the field is measured against. She teaches vendor vetting, reading COAs, and protecting your license.

Lidia Tunyan
Lidia Tunyan, FNP-BC
Offer and revenue model

Dual board-certified nurse practitioner, national clinical trainer, and owner of Ora Wellness and Aesthetics across multiple locations. She teaches how the money actually works from the owner's seat: cash-pay and recurring revenue, package pricing, and how to present it without it feeling like a sale.

Dr. Sam Mikhail
Dr. Sam Mikhail, DO
Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer, Triunity Clinic

Twenty-plus years across internal, functional, and regenerative medicine and interventional orthobiologics. He co-founded Triunity in Tampa, running stem cell, PRP, exosomes, hormones, primary care, and aesthetics under one roof. He is your practice a few years ahead, and he teaches the physician's seat: keeping clinical authority while the marketing runs without you.

Mariana Mikhail
Mariana Mikhail, MBA
Aesthetics and patient experience, Triunity Clinic

Marketing and business out of Baruch College, now running clinical aesthetics at Triunity. Dr. Sam treats. She owns everything the patient remembers, from the first message to the follow-up. She teaches the job almost nobody staffs on purpose: turning one treatment into a relationship that refers.

Dominique Balsamo
Dominique Balsamo, Esq.
Regulatory and compliance counsel

Founder, Sushi Video

Founder and lead director of Sushi Video, a Telly Award-winning agency trusted by Fortune 500s, startups, and government. She teaches why video is the number one authority builder for a practice, and how to produce it without a crew.

What's at stake

The risks you're carrying right now.

Nobody warns you. It happens on a Tuesday, and you find out when the month closes short.

FDA & FTC

The FDA and FTC Read Websites.

They read yours. Practices here get letters for one sentence a marketer wrote and nobody proofread. Never the treatment. One claim, one testimonial, one word like "cure" on a page you forgot existed. Once it is public, you do not get it back.

Google & Meta

You Will Keep Blowing Ad Accounts.

Google and Meta kill regenerative accounts with no warning, no human, and no explanation, and they keep the money. Your phone stops ringing that afternoon. Most appeals never come back. So you build a new account and do it again.

The market

The Clinic Across Town Answered First.

They are not better than you. They are fifty dollars cheaper and answered in four minutes while your lead sat in an inbox until Thursday. That patient is gone, and every referral with them. Nobody tells you about the patient they almost became.

All three cost you the same thing: patients who were going to pay you. None of them get fixed by a bigger retainer.

All of it gets fixed in one weekend. Not patched by another agency. Fixed by you.
One seat, one price. Nothing bills you again.

Why now

We have watched every platform shift for a decade.

We were running campaigns when Twitter was still Twitter and organic reach was free. We watched Facebook take it away and sell it back. We kept clinics alive through Covid. We were early on the ad bans that gutted this industry, and early on AI the day it stopped being a toy.

Your page

Live and cleared to publish.

Built with you at the event, then checked by our team before it goes up.

Your ads

Running in front of patients.

Live before Saturday is over, on the platforms your patients actually search.

Your social

Weeks ahead, written by AI.

A calendar that fills itself, so nobody is scrambling for a post on Monday.

Patient questions

Answered in minutes.

Automations reply while you are still in the room with the patient in front of you.

That used to take a department. Now it takes a login.

A department costs six figures a year to do half of this. You learn to run all of it in two days.
No retainer. No license. Nobody to keep paying.
Run the numbers

Answer these five questions
before you decide anything.

1

What does it cost you to acquire one new patient right now?

2

What does that patient pay you in year one?

3

What do they pay you in year two, and the year after that?

4

How many patients do they refer you before they are done?

5

So what is one patient actually worth to you, all in?

Every day you wait, you are losing patients.
Here is why.

Tue 2:14pm
What you think happenedA form came in. Nobody answered it.You were with a patient. You saw it Thursday.
By Friday
They are already goneThey booked across town.Somebody answered in four minutes. It was not you.
Year one
What it actually costTheir first year of treatment.Every visit, every follow-up, every rebook you already had staffed for.
Year two
and after
And it keeps goingEvery year after that.Patients like this stay for a decade. You did not lose a booking, you lost a decade of one.
Their circle
And everyone behind themEvery patient they would have referred.Their spouse. Their training partner. The three people who asked where they went and got sent somewhere else.
Never
And the review that never got writtenEvery new patient it would have brought you.Compounding you will never see on a report, because it never started.
Every
day
from now
And it happened again yesterdayRent is due either way.
Payroll is due either way.
The only variable is how many of those forms got answered. That number is the whole business, and right now nobody is watching it.

One missed form is not one patient. It is a slice of your market walking into the clinic across town, every day, whether you are watching or not.

Run your own numbers. We do not publish an industry average, because yours is the only one that matters and you will build the real one in the room.

One hundred seats, and one of them
closes this gap for you.

The room

No sponsors. No pitches.
No egos.

You've sat through the free event that was a three-day commercial. This is the opposite room.

Nothing for sale

No booths. No vendor tables.

Nobody paid to be in front of you, so nobody is angling for the close at hour six.

Nobody leaves

Speakers stay and eat with you.

They don't fly out after the keynote. Round tables, every meal, both days.

One hundred

Everyone here is changing the industry.

Same level, same problems, nothing to prove to each other. Every break is designed for it.

Two days of learning and building. Nothing for sale.
The two days

Teach in the morning.
Build in the afternoon.

This is a workshop, not a conference. Mornings teach the strategy, afternoons you build it on your own screen, for your own practice. Nobody sits and watches.

FridayBring patients through the door
Day one is about new patients: bringing them through the door and becoming the name your community trusts.
AMStrategy: the cash-pay engine and becoming the credible name in your city
PMBuild: your brand on camera and on Google, packages your market buys, then your landing page, staged live
EVEFaculty panel to close day one, then a group dinner. Come and go.
You leave Friday with a web page that books consultations and the services to send patients to.
SaturdayProtect it and make it repeatable
Day two is about keeping it: compliant marketing, safe patients, a system you can repeat, and live ads on ChatGPT before you walk out.
AMStrategy: vendor vetting, patient safety, and the compliance pass that takes pages live
PMBuild: speed to lead, your full funnel audited in Claude, and your ads pushed live on ChatGPT before you leave
EVEThe all-speaker panel, the close, and the group photo. After that the evening is your own.
You leave Saturday with your funnel reviewed end to end and your ads already running on ChatGPT.

Breakfast and lunch buffets are included both days for every attendee. Every break is on the schedule on purpose: the faculty stay in the room.

Both days close the same way: you leave with a completed 90-day growth blueprint, written with you at the close. The exact moves for your next 90 days, not a notebook of ideas.

Both days. Built for your practice, on your laptop, by you.
One hundred seats at the founding rate.
Why this exists

Nobody was going to build this.
So we did.

There's no course for growing a regenerative practice without a warning letter. Here's why.

The agencies

They learn your field on your dime.

Compliance in this space isn't a checkbox. By the time they figure it out, it's your letter, not theirs.

The gurus

They've never touched this industry.

Generic funnel advice gets regenerative practices flagged. The rules here are not the rules everywhere else.

The operators

They're too busy running practices.

The handful who actually solved it don't sell programs. For one weekend they're all in one room.

After the two days

Your first year in our private community
is included.

The weekend ends. The work does not. Every seat comes with a full year inside our private community: live Zoom calls, an on-demand course library, and a chat room of owners at your level. Use it every week or twice a year. It is yours either way.

Live Zoom calls, twice a week

Get on camera and ask.

Clinicians, compliance and legal voices, and growth operators. Bring your screen, bring your problem. Come to the ones you need and skip the rest.

Courses on demand

The full library, whenever you want it.

Every build from the event recorded step by step, plus new courses as they ship. Watch it at eleven at night or hand it to your office manager.

The chat room

Somewhere to ask at 9pm.

Owners running practices your size, plus our team. Post an ad account ban, a vendor question, a page you are unsure about, and get a real answer.

Plus plain-language FDA and FTC breakdowns the week the rules move, every new template and AI system Regen Portal builds, and every future cohort arriving into a room you were already in.

$49 a month for everyone else.Your first year is included with the seat.

Why we built this

The market is moving.
This is the direction.

AI is collapsing the time between a lead raising a hand and a patient sending referrals. That pipeline used to crawl. Here is what is happening to it.

Then

Patients waited days.

  • A form went in and nobody expected an answer until Tuesday
  • Growth meant retainers, handoffs, and waiting your turn
  • Marketing you could not see into
  • You hoped for referrals instead of building them
Right now

They expect under an hour.

  • Answer in an hour or they book with whoever did
  • One person runs what used to take a department
  • Speed to lead drops to minutes with AI
  • The first movers are already compounding
Next six months

They expect AI, instantly.

  • Near-instant answers, day or night, assumed as normal
  • After-hours calls handled by AI, not voicemail
  • Marketing, web, and follow-up all going agentic
  • Patients want AI involved and will notice when it is not

We built the room we wish somebody had built for us, so you are in front of that curve instead of chasing it. No script. No pedestal. Come build with us.

Getting in

Are you ready to join the room?

No hoops. No 45-minute "strategy call" that's secretly a pitch. Tell us about your practice. If it fits, your checkout page lands in your inbox. First paid, first in.

1

Fill out the form

A few questions about your practice and where you want to take it. Two minutes.

2

We review it ourselves

A human on our team reads it, confirms we have room, and follows up with a short call or text exchange.

3

Your checkout page

If it is a fit and a seat is open, your checkout page comes by email. First paid, first in.

Yes, I am ready to join the room
Two minutes. Saying yes costs nothing, and you pay only when your checkout page lands.
Questions

Everything you are about to ask.

The questions owners actually send us, answered straight. Buying decisions first, then logistics.

Before you request a spot
What exactly is Regen Growth Live?
Two working days in January 2027 for one hundred people who run regenerative practices. Mornings teach the strategy. Afternoons build it on your laptop: your page, your funnel, your patient follow-up, your packages, all in Claude, all inside the rules. You leave with the work done, not notes about it, and with ads already live on ChatGPT before Saturday is over.
What is this actually going to do for my clinic's cashflow?
We will not promise you a revenue number, and you should walk out on anybody who does. Here is the honest version. In most practices the cash is stuck in three places: leads that sit for a day before anyone answers, a page that does not turn visitors into consults, and follow-up nobody has time to run. You leave with all three rebuilt and running in Claude, plus a written 90-day plan. What you do with it decides the number.
I already have a marketing agency or a marketing person. Is this redundant?
Not at all. If anything this is the event for you, because you walk out knowing exactly what to expect from the people you pay, what good work looks like, and what should take an afternoon instead of a month. If the person who runs your marketing is on your payroll, bring them, and that is usually your office admin or whoever got handed social, not a marketing hire. They are exactly who this is built for. What we do not seat is outside agencies, consultants, and vendors, which is the only reason what gets said here stays candid.
I am not the doctor. I run the marketing and the day to day. Should I be the one who comes?
Yes, and honestly you are the person we built the room for. If the provider's only job is treating patients, they will not touch any of what gets built here on Monday. You will. One thing to plan for: Saturday covers package pricing and who you are going after, and those are calls somebody has to be able to make. If you cannot make them alone, come with the owner. That pairing is the best two days anybody has in this room, and we do group pricing for it. Ask us when we reply.
I am not technical. Can I actually do this?
Yes. Every build session runs live and step by step, at one pace, with Isaac Dibb walking the whole room through it. Your Claude is configured before you arrive, so nobody burns build time on setup. If you can run a practice, you can do this.
Is it safe to use AI in a medical practice? What about patient information?
Everything built here is marketing: public pages, ads, social, and general inquiry response. We are not putting protected health information into a chat window, and we show you exactly where that line sits and how to keep your team on the right side of it. Your own counsel and compliance officer make the final call for your practice.
Will using AI for marketing get me flagged by the FDA or FTC?
The exposure is the wording, not the tool. An attorney is in the room both days covering the federal layer that applies everywhere, the FDA and FTC rules that govern what you may claim, and how state law differs whether you practice in Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Utah, or anywhere else. Saturday includes a compliance pass on your actual page and language, and nothing you build goes live until it clears that pass.
What does the seat include?
One seat, $3,000, at the founding rate. Both days, every working session, breakfast and lunch both days, every template and framework you build, and your first year in our private community. Travel and your room are on you. Once the venue is locked we will publish room options and any group rate we negotiate.
What does it cost beyond the seat?
Breakfast and lunch are covered both days. Plan for your flights, your room, dinners, and incidentals. After the event, the only ongoing costs are your AI subscription, hosting (often under $5 a month), and your own ad spend.
What if I have to cancel?
You register before we announce the dates, so you get a straight guarantee: once we announce them, you have fourteen days to cancel for every dollar back if they do not work for you. No processing fee deduction, no onboarding deduction. After that, registrations stay refundable up to thirty days before the event, less the onboarding allocation if you have already opened the materials and processing fees. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Who is this not for?
Pre-revenue clinics and business plans, tire-kickers, outside agencies and consultants looking to sell into the room, and anyone hunting for a magic button. If you are already big enough to have a marketing department, you will be paying for a room you have outgrown. It is also not a room for big egos: everyone checks the title at the door and builds. We would rather tell you no than take your money.
Why is the seat priced this low?
Add it up. The deliverables on this page run $15,858 at our standard consulting and attorney rates, and the founding cohort pays $3,000 for the seat. No future event will match that ratio. We would rather fill the room with the right one hundred owners than squeeze the first cohort.
What does it cost to keep running this after the event?
Your AI subscription, hosting for the page you build (often under $5 a month), and whatever you decide to spend on ads. We suggest at least 5% of annual revenue as an ad budget. There is no software to buy from us, no retainer, and no license. You own everything you build.
Before you come
Where is it, and when exactly?
January 2027. We are finalising the city and the venue now, and the exact dates land with it. Everyone on the list hears first, before it goes public, and the founding rate is held for that list. The format does not change: two working days, one hundred seats, breakfast and lunch both days.
What do I need to have ready before I arrive?
Onboarding starts the day you register: a welcome email, the Claude skill suite, and short walkthroughs. Before the setup session we ask for your current revenue, patient acquisition cost, current offers, and your lead flow, because Saturday's funnel audit runs on your real numbers. You will also need a paid Claude plan, which costs tens of dollars a month, not thousands, and a laptop you can actually work on, not a tablet.
Can I bring my spouse or someone from my team?
Yes, and most people do. Anyone sitting in the sessions needs their own registration, and we do group pricing when you bring your people, whether that is your spouse, your office manager, or whoever handles your social. Ask us when we reply and we will put the rate together. One rule: the room stays in-house. Your people, never outside vendors.
Are the sessions recorded?
No. The value is in the room, building your own assets next to the people who built theirs. Every template, checklist, and framework goes home with you, and the private community is where the follow-up lives.
What happens after the two days?
Founding Member access to our private community, first year included: live expert sessions twice a week, plain-language FDA and FTC breakdowns, Regen Portal templates as they ship, and office hours with the owners who were in the room. It is $49 a month for everyone else and included for for life for this cohort.
That is every question we get, answered straight.
If yours is still not here, ask us on the form.
